Progressive Play® delivers professionally facilitated LEGO® Serious Play® workshops that give teams a different way to think, communicate and work together.

Using hands-on building, metaphor, storytelling and facilitated reflection, participants make their thinking visible and explore ideas that can sometimes be difficult to capture through discussion alone.

Everyone builds. Everyone shares. Every perspective has a place in the conversation.

 LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitated methodology for thinking, communication and problem-solving.

Rather than simply discussing a question, participants build three-dimensional models to represent their ideas and perspectives, then use those models as the basis for storytelling, reflection and conversation.

There is no “correct” model. The value lies in what the model represents and the conversation it makes possible.
