(also known as the LSP® Method) is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique for use with organisations, teams and individuals, it originated as an idea in 1996 in Switzerland and was developed in collaboration with leading researchers in strategy and organisational behaviour / development, psychology, coaching and learning and is based on the concept of “hand knowledge” Allègre L. Hadida. (2013).
Research shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue.
Designing and facilitating meetings, seminars, and workshops from a playful perspective, bypasses the typical “lean back” scenarios where people watch presentations and never truly engage. By utilising this hands-on approach LEGO® Serious Play® encourages people to “lean forward,” to challenge their own assumptions and thinking processes and to understand, trust, and draw upon the co-creative capacities of the group.
The LSP Method is taking the world by storm and is evidenced to be one of the most beneficial and effective team building strategies of the 21st century.
The LSP Method works with people who are driven to make their organisations and communities more inclusive, effective and wise.

The quiet participants get to shine just as brightly as the not so quiet participants.
During the workshops the barriers disappear, allowing experience, perception and vision to emerge individually and as a team.
